Below are meads and brews that I have made and had time to write up.  Note that most are not prescriptive recipes, and you will often find descriptions of what I would chance on a future iteration based on tasting results.  You are welcome to adapt the approach and ingredient proportions as you see fit.  Let me know how it works out!
